How does your pricing work?
Great question, our pricing structure can be built around your requirements to ensure we work best with your business. Our customers most commonly request a bank of hours which is a pre-purchased block of time which all helpdesk calls & emails are logged against. When you are getting low we simply contact you to increase the balance to ensure your staff can continue to receive our teams support
Where are you based?
Our team are 100% based in Australia with two support locations: 1. Albion Brisbane - servicing South East Queensland. 2. The Whitsundays - servicing North QLD.
Can you travel to site?
Our experienced staff love visiting your team onsite and are happy to do so whenever needed.
If I am not in Queensland can you still support my business?
Yes our team can support any client within Australia.
